Emily Kryska

Emily specializes in visual communication as a graphic artist, illustrator and painter. Telling stories with myth and whimsy while merging our physical reality is the goal of her work.

She has designed multiple educational resources, marketing materials and websites. Her work in illustration spans collaborations on books and comics, as well as her own collection, 'Locals Animal Project', which are caricatures of animals doing cute things.

Her main focus right now is on the mythological and astrological influences on our present, large acrylic paintings devoted to exploring the connection of cultures and time. Her art is meant to bring joy, a bit of nostalgia, wonder and hope.
